“Because of our stagnant regional and national economy, we expect this Board to face a challenging year,” according to Chuck Morrison, Snohomish County Chapter executive director. “But we hope to extend our streak to eight consecutive years of balancing our budget. Our donors expect us to do so, and our goal is always to do so while providing exceptional services for the citizens of Snohomish County.”
