The Housing Consortium of Everett and Snohomish County is pleased to introduce Mark Smith as the organization’s new Executive Director. A resident of Snohomish County for over 30 years, Mark brings a wealth of local knowledge and experience to HCESC. He has served on the Lynnwood City Council since 2006 where he has been a strong advocate for protecting affordable housing, especially for families and seniors. Mark begins work at the Consortium on Monday, March 19.
