NOTICE OF ADOPTION    Shoreline Master Program Update
Washington Department of Ecology Approval And Effective Date   On May 31, 2013, the Washington Department of Ecology approved the Lake Stevens Shoreline Master Program Update (SMP Update) adopted by the City Council on April 22, 2013.  The SMP Update becomes effective on June 14, 2013.  The SMP has been updated to meet State requirements to protect the ecological functions of Lake Stevens and associated wetlands and streams.
