Night work will close one lane of SR9 in the Lake Stevens area

Single lane closures will be in effect this week and next week on one mile of SR9 from south of South Lake Stevens Road to north of 20th Street SE. Grinding and paving of the road surface will take place from 8 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. during the following nights:

            Tuesday            Sept. 22 (grinding the road surface)

            Wednesday            Sept. 23 (paving)

            Thursday            Sept. 24 (paving)

            Monday            Sept. 28 (paving)

            Tuesday            Sept. 29 (paving); and   

            Wednesday            Sept. 30 (paving)  

 

One travel lane will remain open for alternating traffic. Flaggers and a Sheriff's deputy will be present to direct traffic.

 

Emergency vehicles will have priority access at all times.
