Hope to host telephone town hall Feb. 16

Rep. Mike Hope, R-Lake Stevens, will host a telephone town hall conversation on Tuesday, Feb. 16.
The 44th District lawmaker used the technology last year during session and more than 600 constituents joined the hour-long conversation.
“The response to connecting with constituents this way was so positive, and participation was so high, I wanted to have the same opportunity this year to hear from the people I represent,” Hope said. “We’re in the middle of a short session, and there are many important issues to update people on.”
Constituents who wish to join the community conversation can call toll-free (877) 229-8493, then dial pin number 15523. People will have the opportunity to ask Hope questions, or just listen in on the call from 7 to 8 p.m.
Hope is planning to host a traditional town hall in the 44th District after session concludes on March 11. Information will be forthcoming.
