EVERETT – The public is invited to celebrate the 2013 Prodigies for Peace essay, video and art contest winners at the free annual Diversity Partnering Reception from 4 to 6 p.m. Wednesday Jan. 16, 2013 at the Carl Gipson Senior Center, 3025 Lombard Ave. in downtown Everett.

The Prodigies for Peace writing, video and art contest helps students and adults draw connections between the people and the events that shaped the civil rights movement and the social issues that influence our lives today.
