Impossible Bird, characterized as the "next big musical duo” with a “big sound” will fiddle their way to your heart during this year’s free annual summer concert series “Music on the Plaza.”
They are one of eight bands slated to grace the Snohomish County Campus Amphitheatre stage with their musical talents during July and August. Performers will present a range of musical genres including blues, an Australian percussive guitarist, dream-pop and throw-back vintage favorite Beatles cover band Crème Tangerine.
“Music is good for the soul,” said Snohomish County Executive John Lovick, “and this series is a great way to show the community how important the arts are.”
The annual “Music on the Plaza” concerts take place every Wednesday afternoon from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., July 10-Aug. 28 at the Snohomish County Campus Amphitheater, located on Rockefeller and Wall Street in downtown Everett. The concerts feature local performing artists and are presented by the Snohomish County Executive Office.
Treat yourself to kettle corn, burgers and brats from the Comcast Arena Grill. Grab some fresh flowers from local Hmong growers and explore other unique vendors while savoring summer sounds and tasty treats at this year’s “Music on the Plaza.”
