Burglary 2°/Felony Eluding/Warrant Service, 09/19/2010, 500 block of SR 9
A 42-year-old male and 38-year-old male were arrested for Burglary 2° and Felony Eluding. Officers were dispatched to a burglary in progress; upon arriving officers witnessed a vehicle leaving the area and attempted to stop it. The vehicle fled the scene which resulted in the vehicle colliding with an embankment. Meanwhile, the remaining officers took the other male who was involved into custody. He was found to have a warrant for felony escape in addition to these new charges. Both males were booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Deliver, 09/27/10, 2900 block 113th Ave. NE
Four juvenile males’ ages ranging from 15-years-old to 17-years-old had charges referred for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Deliver. The juveniles arranged to meet prior to the school day starting for the exchange. The male’s admitted to the exchange and the charges were referred to Juvenile Prosecutor.
Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV), 09/28/10, 2500 block 116th Avenue NE
A 26-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4 DV. Officers responded to an Assault 4 DV where the female party was under the influence and was assaulting her 47-year-old boyfriend. The couple had a verbal argument that turned physical and resulted in the male leaving the residence. Both parties were interviewed and the female was placed under arrest and booked in to Marysville Jail.
Order Violation, 09/30/2010, 11000 block of 36 St. NE
A 64-year-old male had charges referred for a Protection Order Violation. The 40-year-old female victim reported that the male has violated the order by calling and driving by the victim’s place of business. Witnesses collaborating her story and charges are being sent to the City Prosecutor for review.
