Fish and Game Violation, 04/10/11, 12200 block of 17th St. NE
A 44-year-old male was stopped for expired vessel registration. After the officer contacted the male who disclosed that he was fishing without a valid fishing license. He released his fish and was cited for fishing without a valid fishing license.
Robbery 1, 04/10/11
700 block of SR 9
A 19-year-old male was arrested for Robbery 1°. An elderly female from Alaska was shopping when the male stole her purse. While attempting to steal the purse, he caused a couple of her stitches to be pulled out from a recent surgery. Several citizens chased after the male with no success. Officers were able to locate the missing purse minus the money and the male suspect after several hours of investigation. The male stated that he “used the money to buy drugs”. The male was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
Assault 4 Domestic Violence (DV), 04/11/11, 1200 block of 96 Ave. SE
A 15-year-old female was arrested for Assault 4° DV. Police were called to the residence after the female and her parents got into a heated argument that turned physical. The 15-year-old female was determined to be the aggressor and was booked into Denny Youth Center.
Hit and Run Collision, 04/13/11, 1300 block of Vernon Rd.
A 34-year-old female was arrested for Hit and Run Collision. Officers were dispatched to an erratic vehicle complaint. The dispatcher advised the officers that a white passenger vehicle was observed driving erratically and eventually colliding with a parked vehicle. The vehicle fled the scene prior to police arriving. Officers located the suspect’s vehicle and the 34-year-old female who admitted that she was driving the vehicle while intoxicated, but she stated that she did not remember the collision. A citation was issued and sent to Marysville Court for mailing.
Fail to Register as a Registered Sex Offender (RSO), 04/16/11, 700 block of 87th Ave. NE
During the department’s monthly RSO checks, the 31-year-old male disclosed to Officers that he resided at a false address. This is a violation of his RSO conditions and the case was forwarded to the prosecutor’s office for charging.

S. Davies/S. Lake Stevens Rd.
During a traffic stop, it was learned that the male had a felony warrant for his arrest for possession of stolen firearm. The male was booked into the county jail.
