Vehicle Theft, 05/22/11, 7300 blk of 10th St SE.
Officers were dispatched to a vehicle theft complaint where a male arrived at work and found two males loading the company’s Bobcat onto a trailer. When the male inquired about what they were doing, the suspect told him they were there to take the Bobcat for another job. The male contacted his employer and found out that no one had permission to take the Bobcat. Suspect vehicle is a white two door, two-wheel drive Chevy 1500 with chrome wheels. The case is currently under investigation.
Theft 3°/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, 05/22/11. 600 blk of SR 9 NE
Two 16-year-old juveniles were arrested for Theft 3° and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Both juveniles were caught stealing makeup products and were found to have heroin drug paraphernalia on their persons. The juveniles were released to their parents and charges forwarded to the juvenile court.
Assault 2°, 05/23/11, 300 blk of 91 Ave NE
The 25-year-old male victim was chased down by a male with a butterfly knife. Suspect information was later obtained and the case is currently under investigation.
Possession of Heroin, 05/23/11, 10 Pl/103 Dr. SE
A 21-year-old male was arrested for Possession of Heroin and a Warrant Service. The officer walked up and watched the male smoke heroin in his vehicle. The male was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV)/Resisting Arrest, 05/23/11, 1300 blk of 91 AVE SE
A 53-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4°/Resisting Arrest. Officers were dispatched to an assault call where the male was throwing a drinking glass at his former girlfriend and roommate. The glass broke causing lacerations. Officers made contacted with the male who refused to comply with commands and actively resisted being arrested. He was finally taken into custody by four officers. He was booked into Marysville Jail.
Burglary, 05/25/11, 8700 blk of 13th Place NE
A 15-year-old male was arrested for Burglary. The homeowner reported he came home and found the male inside his home burglarizing it. The homeowner detained the juvenile until officers arrived on scene. The juvenile was taken into custody and booked into Denny Youth Center.
