A wine tasting on May 1 in Marysville will help raise funds to fight breast cancer.
The wine tasting is from 1 to 4 p.m. at WineStyles at 6608 64th Ave. NE, Suite A, in Marysville (near the Allen Creek Thriftway).
Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 at the door and include six tastes plus one glass of your favorite wine.
Proceeds will help Lake Stevens resident Jennifer Madison Davis meet her goal of raising $2,300 for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer foundation.
Davis is also training to walk 60 miles during the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk to End Breast Cancer this Sept. 24-26 in Seattle. To purchase advance tickets call 425-238-0329. For more information visit www.the3day.org/goto/JenniferMadisonDavis.
