Thumping, bumping, banging, jumping, crashing, ripping, prancing, dancing and literally running,
STOMP have performed their mind-blowing rhythms Off-Broadway since 1994. The return of the
percussive hit to the Puget Sound region also brings some new surprises, with some sections of the
show updated and restructured with the addition of two new full-scale routines, utilizing props like
tractor tire inner tubes and paint cans.
The eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments - matchboxes,
wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, hubcaps - to fill the stage with magnificent
rhythms. Audiences are swept up by the adrenaline and the energy comes full circle and the cast and
audience become one. The only way to truly understand STOMP is to see it live. The show is
entertaining on multiple levels, with humor, dance, and awe-inspiring music, suitable for all ages.

The Comcast Arena at Everett, recipient of the International Association of Venue Manager’s (IAVM) prestigious Venue
Excellence Award 2010, was developed by the Everett Public Facilities District. The 10,000-seat venue hosts a myriad of events including concerts, ice skating and family shows. The facility is also home to the Everett Silvertips, a Western Hockey League franchise; the 2010 National Lacrosse League Champions, the Washington Stealth; and the Northwest’s only banked-track roller derby league, Tilted Thunder Rail Birds. The venue accommodates other sporting events such as basketball, volleyball and international skating competitions.
