Storm Aquatics swimmers go long
Storm Aquatics, the local Lake Stevens swim club, sent 10 swimmers to the Long Course Kickoff swim meet on April 26-27, in Federal Way. This was Storm’s first Long Course Meters meet of the 2008 season. Like in the Olympics, Long Course Meters swim meets are in 50 Meter pools.

The Storm swimmers did very well at this meet, achieving best times in 98 percent of their races. They scored enough points to place seventh out of nine teams.
