Say hello to Dolly at the 5^th Avenue Theatre

Hell,o Dolly! has come back to Seattle after 27 years and is being performed on the stage at the 5^th Avenue Theater in Seattle. This fun and whimsical musical stars film and stage star Jenifer Lewis and Pat Cashman, a local TV favorite and star of Almost Live!

You may remember the production’s most well-known songs including of course, “Hello Dolly!” and “It Only Takes a Moment”. Both live up to their reputation in this stage performance.

On opening night, Lewis got off to a bit of a rough start with a missed line, however, that was all it took and she was off to a brilliant performance the rest of the evening.

Her voice was incredible and her costumes are not to be missed.

Another favorite that evening was Suzanne Bouchard who played hat shop owner, Irene Malloy.

Bouchard’s voice was so smooth and she was able to bring her character to life through her stunning performance and musical numbers. Even with a little costume trouble, she made the performance unforgettable.

If you haven’t seen Hello, Dolly! this production is a must-see.
