Easter celebrations took place amidst the cold
Tempermental weather can’t stop avid egg hunters
Jada Wood, 1, and Josh Borden,1, gather Easter eggs at one of the many Easter Egg Hunts provided for families and kids this past weekend by different organizations around the community. Kids of all ages ran for hidden treasures and in most cases it only took a few minutes before every egg was found.
Both Lake Stevens and Granite Falls communities enjoyed Easter celebrations throughout the community.
Organizations such as the Kiwanis Club along with Elim Lutheran Church, Cedar Springs and Jay’s Market held Easter eggs hunts. Neighborhoods within the community also joined in the Easter fun.
