Bradley of Granite Falls
found not guilty

Friends and family relieved BY PAM STEVENS | EDITOR Hal Avery Bradley, 55, a resident of Granite Falls, was found not guilty last week on three counts of first-degree child molestation and three counts of first-degree child rape.

Bradley was accused and charged with the crimes back in Sept. 2008.
The trial started on April 20 and lasted until April 27, according to the Snohomish County Prosecutor’s Office.

After receiving a referral from Child Protective Services (CPS) last August, the Granite Falls Police arrested Bradley and he was held on $800,000 bail.
The alleged victims were relatives of Bradley’s.

Bradley had a lot of support from within the Granite Falls community before and after the trial.

“Bradley is innocent,” one man said. “No deal will be taken and he will go to jail an innocent man.”

After the trial was over, friends and family were relieved.
“Hal Bradley has been found innocent of every charge,” Bradley’s friend said.
