Timothy Addison
McCamey, 30, was first convicted of Child Molestation in the First Degree when
he was only 12 years old. The child in this case was a five-year old-victim
whom he knew. He was placed on two years probation and ordered to enter sex
offender treatment, which he completed.
He has been
convicted of molesting four other girls, ages five to 14 since his first
conviction.
McCamey had multiple
infractions for disciplinary issues while serving this sentence, which kept him
from participating in sex offender treatment program, the Snohomish County
Sheriff’s Office said in a statement.
He was considered
for Civil Commitment as a Sexually Violent Predator, however, he was found not
to meet the criteria.McCamey has convictions for Failure to Register as a Sex
Offender that included fleeing the state.
McCamey is on active
supervision with the Washington State Department of Corrections from previous
convictions of Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.
