Granite Falls High School will kick off its annual food drive on Tuesday, Dec. 1.
Last year’s food drive provided 78 food baskets with enough food to serve a family for three weeks.
In addition, over 250 gifts for children ages newborn to 18 were distributed to local families. The donations also included personal items such as shampoo and toothpaste.

The food drive runs through Friday, Dec. 18.
Donations of non-perishable food, toys, or money can be dropped off at the high school during normal school hours. For more information, contact Eric Dinwiddie at or call 360-691-7713.
