4:45 p.m. • Line-up for costume parade in Boys and Girls Club parking lot.
5:00 p.m. • Parade begins down Main Street with Police and Fire escort.
5:10-9 p.m. • Trick or Treating at merchants in Main Street Center, Lake Stevens Mini Mart/Chicken Drive-in and Lake Stevens Plaza. Jay’s Market offers free photos. Tiger’s Black Belt presents a digital costume contest.
5:10-9 p.m. • Halloween Carnival in the Community Center, with free food, prizes, candy, and games presented by Lake Stevens businesses.
5:10-9 p.m. • Haunted House is open in front of the Family Center for more daring youth.
5:10-9 p.m. • Trunk or Treat classic car haunted trunks with trick-or-treating.
6 p.m.-8 p.m. • Chili Cook-off entries available for sampling and judging at Main Street Center patio. Winners announced at 8:30 p.m.

Family Safe Downtown Halloween Schedule
The Lake Stevens Family Center is pleased to offer an exciting evening of free fun for Lake Stevens’ families this Halloween evening. This event will take place on Main Street.
