A host family is needed for a foreign exchange student who will be attending Lake Stevens High School the 2011/2012 school year.
A potential host family can choose from the following students: a girl from Norway who is a mature girl that likes to cook. She enjoys music and plays the guitar, and likes to stay active, or a boy from Belgium who enjoys playing baseball, judo and likes snow sports. He also loves helping his family with the duties of their farm and enjoys living in the country, or a girl from Germany who is active in her school and community. She likes taking long walks, jogging, writing short stories and songs. She loves music and plays clarinet, piano and guitar.
Students come with good English skills, their own insurance and spending money, and mainly the desire to be a member of an American family.
Host families do not need to have teenagers of their own; young families as well as empty nesters are excellent high school student hosts this year.
