Grand Prize winner was 11 month old Ian Asp, son of Danielle Asp of Lake Stevens.
Also winning in their heat were: Lexi Neale, 11-month-old daughter of James and Liezel Neale of Lake Stevens.
James Eichert, the nine-month-old son of Lynn Eichert, Lake Stevens.
Misty weather didn’t deter the nine babies and their families and as usual, babies provided a lot of laughs for the adults, even though the babies witnesses it all too often through tears.
Victoria Hemmert, the nine-month-old daughter of 2011 Rotary President J.D. Hemmert and wife Anna deserves special mention. She was the most likely to ride on the hood of a convertible in a future Aquafest Parade. She stopped many times from crawling to sit back and wave to the crowd while beaming her gorgeous toothless grin.
