City of Lake Stevens has new Commission and Board Openings

Park Board - Term: 4 years • Meets: 4th Tuesday at 6 p.m. • Description: Advisory body for all matters relating to parks and the provision of recreation services.
Planning Commission - Term: 4 years • Meets: 1st Wednesday at 7 p.m. • Description:
Advisory board to the City Council on land use, comprehensive planning and zoning within the City limits and Urban Growth Area.
Library Board - Term: 4 years • Meets: Quarterly
Description: Works with Sno-Isle Regional Library System in providing Library services to Lake Stevens residents.
The City encourages citizens from the newly annexed areas, the Urban Growth Area, and City residents to apply for the positions.
