Special Ed group holding meeting

The Lake Stevens Special Education Parent Teacher Group invites you to their next meeting on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 from 6:30 p.m. to 8p.m. in the Mt. Pilchuck Elementary Library.
The speaker for this meeting is local author and clinical psychologist, Shirin Sherkat. Dr. Sherkat will be discussing a chapter from her published book “Create Happy Kids.”
The topic of discussion will be “Say it only once.” She will be teaching parents how to motivate kids and to keep them on track.

This meeting is free and open to anyone who has an interest in the discussion topic. You do not need to have a child in Special Education Services or be a PTA member to attend.
Free childcare is also available.
