Rehearsals for the Lake Stevens High School’s dazzling spring musical “Chicago” have been underway since January. 

LSHS Drama Booster Club hosts “Chicago”  Dinner Theater and Silent Auction
Lake Stevens High School Drama Booster Club is hosting a dinner and silent auction fundraiser to benefit the LSHS Drama Club on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at 5:30 p.m. in the LSHS Cafeteria.  

The event features LSHS’ spring musical “Chicago”, directed by teacher Carrie Gerrard; music written by Jon Kander; Lyrics by Fred Ebb, book by Ebb and Bob Fosse.

Tickets are $25 each and include dinner catered by Contos’ Italian restaurant in the decorated LSHS cafeteria, mealtime entertainment and a silent auction fundraiser with a variety of items available for bidding including artwork, craft supplies, gardening supplies and much more all donated by local businesses. 

After dinner enjoy the LSHS spring musical “Chicago” featuring Audrey Fletcher as Velma Kelly, Mandy Henrichsen as Roxie Hart, Kevin Loth as Billy Flynn, Lauren Senechal as Matron Mama Morton, and Eric Zanoni as Amos Hart.  The show contains mature subject matter and is not suitable for all audiences.

Tickets for the show only are $10.

The LSHS Drama Booster Club is a non-profit organization that believes in the transformative power of the performing arts.  The group’s events help to raise funds that benefit the drama program in Lake Stevens and raises money for scholarships for teens that otherwise might not be able to participate in the program.
