Help feed Li’l Hungry Hearts children this summer in L.S.

Sahara Pizza and Papa John’s Pizza are joining forces to help “Take A Bite Out of Childhood Hunger” in Lake Stevens by hosting a fundraiser event for Li’l Hungry Hearts. 

Li’l Hungry Hearts (LHH), a project under the Lake Stevens Family Center is a program that addresses childhood hunger for school-aged children who also qualify for the free and reduced meal program. 

Supplemental food is provided on Fridays for the weekends and extended school holidays.
On Thursday, May 3, Sahara Pizza and Papa John’s Pizza will co-host a fundraiser.  Three dollars or 20 percent from each pizza order will go to help LHH.  Stop by their locations or phone in your pizza orders.

Make sure to turn in a piece of paper or mention that you are purchasing for “Li’l Hungry Hearts” or that you would like to “Take a Bite Out of Childhood Hunger”.

All proceeds from both locations will be used to purchase pizza coupons to be given to LHH families to be used this summer.

Li’l Hungry Hearts is also holding an Everett Aquasox fundraiser. You can purchase tickets to the Sunday, June 24 game where the Aquasox will be playing the Spokane Indians.

Tickets must be purchased before May 18 for Li’l Hungry Hearts to receive $4 for each $11 ticket sold.
If you order your tickets through Li’l Hungry Hearts you will be seated in their reserved Upper Box seats.
