Hundreds of local residents joined in the fun at the annual Heath & Safety Fair that took place on Saturday, June 8 in the Albertsons parking lot.
Forty-five different vendors ranging from Team Fitness, to the Lake Stevens Family Center, Lake Stevens Fire and Police and local doctors and dentists shared information on how to keep families healthy and safe.
When it comes to staying healthy this can include both financial and physical health.
Kids enjoyed “fishing” for prizes, jumping in the bouncy house and received a balloon animal from Lake Stevens’ own Watermelon Wilma.
The grown-ups were given gift bags and small prizes at most vendor stations and even the dogs received treats and snacks.
There was something for every member of the family.
Lake Stevens Fire District organizes this event each year, which continues to grow in terms of both vendors and visitors.
