Start the school year right with a visit to your neighborhood optical store for your child’s visual health.

Good vision is essential for educational progress in growing children. A child who is unable to see print or view a blackboard can become frustrated, leading to poor academic performance. Kids might be unaware that they are experiencing abnormal vision and without a comprehensive exam, many vision problems go undiagnosed.

The American Optometric Association recommends a child’s first exam take place at six months of age, with regular examinations at age three, before entering first grade and then annual exams till the age of 19.
