The water level reading of the lake is at 212.33 (212 feet 4 inches) as of last week and the lake has been at uncontrolled outfall flow since early October (all weir boards are removed).

Per the FEMA 2011 Flood Hazard Area Elevation, the flood elevation is at 213.00 feet.

Even with the predicted rainfall it is not expected that the 213.00 level will be reached.  However, there are some wind events expected that may result in localized flooding from waves of some properties along the lakeshore.

Please be aware of possible flooding and contact the City of Lake Stevens if you have questions, 425-377-3237.
