Zackary R. Nowlan

Zackary R. Nowlan, Age 15, son of Drayson and Birgitte Nowlan of Marysville, has been awarded the rank of Eagle Scout.
His accomplishment was celebrated in a Court of Honor Sunday, Nov. 18, 2012 at Zion Lutheran School, Lake Stevens.
Nowlan is a member of Troop 148, sponsored by the Tualco Grange, Monroe.

Nowlan organized and oversaw the building and completion of an outdoor ampitheater at Zion Lutheran School (2011 Alumni), in Lake Stevens.

Nowlan is the first in his Troop to achieve the rank of Eagle Scout. Troop 148 is led by Scoutmaster, Mark Hallerman.
He is a sophomore at Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish.
