Take a stroll next to the library at this year’s Aquafest and you will find something new—a way to find out more about your family history!
Genealogy has become one of the country’s fastest growing pastimes and The Family History Center, from the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, wants to help you find out where you came from.
Drop by their tent during Aquafest, July 26-28, step up to one of their computers and talk to their family history experts about how to get started.
You can also visit the Family History Center located inside the LDS Church located at 10120 Chapel Hill Rd. on the west entrance.
They are open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Tuesday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
The center also has a collection of books, microfilm, microfiche and genealogy forms.
