The Crossroads at Lake Stevens is starting its second series of a community outreach program designed for people who have hurts, hang-ups and habits.
Celebrate Recovery is designed to meet any legal requirements for the attendance of an out-patient recovery program. The Crossroads at Lake Stevens Celebrate Recovery program provides you with a safe place to get real about your hurts, habits and hang-ups and maintain your anonymity Many people think that recovery is just for people with alcohol or drug problems. The truth is that many of us have created unhealthy methods for handling life.
The Crossroads at Lake Stevens Celebrate Recovery program teaches people to make the healing choices that will help them become the people God created them to be. Regardless of your struggle, whether its abandonment, grief, codependency, divorce, eating disorders, anger, resentment, emotional or physical abuse, relational, financial, spiritual, sexual, or any other common hurt, hang-up or habit you just can not seem to beat on your own. Christ has a solution.
Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered 12 Step Program, with its Principles based on the eight Beatitudes.
It is a 12-month program that meets every Saturday night. During this period Celebrate Recovery will provide the participants with Christ centered guidance through the eight principles found in the Beatitudes.
Meetings will be held starting January 21, 2012 and every Saturday thereafter at The Crossroads at Lake Stevens, intersection of 20th SE and So. Lake Stevens Rd. Meetings start at 6:30 p.m. and go to 8:30 p.m. Refreshments served at 6:15 p.m. All are welcome. For more information contact Bruno C. at 360-691-7638.
