LSHS baseball leads All Area first and second teams
The Lake Stevens Vikings baseball team dominated the All-Wesco player voting along with having the Everett Herald’s player of the year and four other teammates included on the All Area first and second teams.

Saturday, May 19 the Vikings beat the Skyview Storm to become one of the final eight teams still alive in the state playoffs. After taking a early lead, Lake had to go into extra innings to get the victory.

With Wesco North co-championships on the line, the Viking girls came through with a 64-57 win at Jackson on Saturday, but the boys fell just short, losing at Snohomish 70-66 on Friday.

Lake Stevens’ wrestlers finished Wesco North competition this past week defeating Monroe 74-6 on Tuesday and Marysville 56-24 on Thursday to wrap up their 4th straight Wesco North Championship.
