The following students from Lake Stevens have been placed on the Honor Roll for Spring Quarter 2010 at Central Washington University:

Alysia Nichet Johnson; Trevor Elkins Johnson; Daniel Francis Ingersol; Natassia Noelle Brusewitz; Mary Elizabeth Barton; Hailey Marie Riehl; Ilya A. Andreyanov; Breea  Marie Rosas.

Jonathan Wilbourne, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Wilbourne of Lake Stevens, has been placed on the Spring 2010 honor roll at Dana College. Wilbourne is a senior and is seeking his degree in Biology and Spanish.

Patrick Belvin and Briana Johnson of Lake Stevens have both been placed on the honor roll for Spring 2010 quarter at Columbia College in Columbia, Missouri.

Joshua Patrick Tracy of Lake Stevens, has graduated from Corban University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business demonstration. Corban University is located In Salem, Oregon.

Daniel Lantz of Lake Stevens was named to the spring semester President’s Honor Roll at the University of Great Falls in Great Falls, Montana. The President’s Honor Roll recognizes students who have received a 4.0 grade point average.

At Pacific Lutheran University, more than 900 students were named to the Dean’s List for Spring 2010. The list recognizes outstanding academic achievement, as it requires a grade point average of at least 3.5 for the term.

This year’s honorees included Tajana D. Cahoon, ’10, who is majoring in psychology and legal studies. She is a graduate of Lake Stevens High School, Class of 2007. She is the daughter of Desiree and Jason Cahoon.

Lindsey Youngs of Lake Stevens is a recipient of a $1,500 college scholarship awarded by Scholarships for Military Children.  She is the daughter of Beth and Bryan Hatheway.

Krista A. Van Dyke of Lake Stevens has been placed on the Dean’s List for Spring semester at Gonzaga University.  Students must have a grade point average of 3.5 or above.

Western Washington University student Emily Brigolin, daughter of Gino Brigolin II and Amy Brigolin of Lake Stevens, received a $750 President’s Scholarship for the 2010-2011 academic year.

President’s Scholarships are awarded to approximately the top eight to 10 percent of incoming freshmen and transfer students and are based on superior academic achievement.

Brigolin, an entering freshman at WWU, earned a 3.9 GPA from Lake Stevens High School and is planning to major in English.

Anna Peterson of Lake Stevens has been named to the Whitworth University Laureate Society for fall semester 2010. Peterson qualified for the academic honors society by maintaining a grade point average of at least 3.75 during the semester.

Oshea Ricks and Bryan Terry, both from Lake Stevens, have been placed on the Spring Quarter Dean’s List at Columbia College, Marysville Campus. To be placed on the Dean’s List students must have a 3.5 GPA for at least two consecutive semesters.
