Snohomish County Executive Aaron Reardon and the Aerospace Futures Alliance (AFA) on Monday, Aug. 3, will engage key aerospace leaders from across the state and country to develop strategies toward a new competitive platform.

Washington's consistent under-funding of its state colleges and universities will mean at least 4,300 fewer slots for new students this fall, and a new report predicts that those who are able to enroll will be mostly from higher-income families.
