Naturopathic medicine now available in Lake Stevens

The residents of Lake Stevens will no longer need to leave town to obtain naturopathic medical care or acupuncture treatments.

Dr. Kate Carlson, a 1996 Lake Stevens High School grad, has returned home to offer the residents of Lake Stevens her skills in both.

Dr. Carlson is a board-certified Naturopathic Physician and Licensed Acupuncturist, trained locally at Bastyr University.

With a solid foundation in both conventional medical science and natural medicine, Dr. Carlson works with her patients to develop an individually tailored treatment plan, using the safest and most effective options available.

After graduating from Lake Stevens High School, Dr. Carlson earned her Bachelor of Arts from Whitman College, completing a double major in Bio-Chemistry and English Literature. Following Whitman, she spent time as a Research Assistant at the University of Washington, went on to travel around Australia as an environmental conservation volunteer, and served as an AmeriCorps crew leader with Montana Conservation Corps.

To contact Dr. Carlson please call 425-397-4900. Her office is located within Family Chiropractic at 10519 SE 20th St.
