Tours, Entertainment and Pride at Naval Station Everett's Open House

On Jul. 3, Naval Station Everett will open their gates from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. to the public for a celebration of our nation's freedom with tours, food and entertainment.

Free tours will be available on the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN 72), USS Shoup (DDG 86), and USCGC Blue Shark. Guests may reserve their tour times at the event at a ticket booth on base.

Music will be provided by the Navy Band, the Fire Creek Singers, the Sound Singers, and KSER Radio. Entertainment and activities will include Valentines Performing Pigs, Blackjack Flight Demonstration, car show, Kid's Zone (Pony rides, clowns, games, arts and crafts, and bouncy castles), climbing wall and go-karts.

Parking is recommended at the Everett Transit Station (32nd St. and Smith Ave). There will be buses running from this location to the Naval Station's Main Gate every 20 minutes.

Parking will be also be available at the following locations:

- Everett Marina (13th St. and W. Marine View Dr.)

- Kimberly Clark Parking Lot (between 25th and 26th St. on W. Marine View Dr.)

- There will be a limited amount of parking at the Naval Station available on a first come, first serve basis.

Note: Patrons are advised not to park at the Port of Everett parking lot. Cars are subject to tow.

Vehicles and attendees will be subject to random security screenings, similar to airport searches.

The following items are prohibited on base: book bags, backpacks, bags bigger than a purse or fanny pack, pets (excluding service animals), knives, explosives, ammunitions, fireworks, firearms, weapons of any sort, coolers, and alcoholic beverages. No liquids will be permitted on the ship tours.
