Family Center offers free nutrition, exercise classes
How do we afford to stay healthy? Statistics show that by the age of 65, individuals who haven’t engaged in exercise on a regular basis may incur a decrease in muscular strength by as much as 80 percent.
The Lake Stevens Family Center values your health without the financial burden that some of us can’t afford.
Starting Monday, November 7 from 9:30 a.m. to 10: 30 a.m. The Lake Stevens Family Center will be offering free nutritional information and a 45-minute workout.
The New Attitude Fit Club will be meeting weekly in downtown Lake Stevens at the Community Center.
If you would like to sign up or have questions please call Kirsten at the Family Center, 425-397-7433.
