L.S. Taco Time employees featured in upcoming ads

March 20, 2012

In celebration of its 50th anniversary in 2012, Taco Time Northwest, will be featuring Taco Time employees in its new advertising campaign including employees from their Lake Stevens store.

Kristi Lindsay, Lyndsey Hopper, Tamerlyn Martin and Teresina Cowan are all featured in the upcoming ad campaign.

In addition to showcasing the company’s passion for its people, the commercials will introduce new initiatives and programs that exemplify the company’s commitment to the community as well as serving high-quality, fresh products prepared daily.

“Our employees are an undeniable part of our continued success,” said Gretchen Everett, marketing and advertising director for Taco Time NW. “It’s an honor to showcase them in our current commercials and to share their passion for the great food and guests we have served for 50 years.”

For the local Taco Time employees it was a fun day filled with primping in front of make-up mirrors and also getting a firsthand look at how green screens work in filming.

Martin has been with Taco Time for three-and-a-half years. She was impressed with how well they were fed and treated while filming all day.

“They really took care of us while we were there,” Martin said. “It was a blast meeting employees from the other restaurants. We talk to these people all the time but I got to put a face with a name.”

Lake Stevens High School senior Lyndsey Hopper keeps busy as a volunteer at Providence Hospital, she’s on the Yearbook Committee at school and has worked at the Lake Stevens Taco Time for the last two years. However, she was excited to take a few hours out of her busy life to represent Taco Time for their new campaign.

“I love the camera and being in front of people,” she said. “It was something new and different.”

You can see posters and fliers at the newly renovated Lake Stevens Taco Time now and more ads will be coming out in the near future.
