Captain Withrow received both a Certificate of Achievement and an Oath of Commitment at a recent Recognition Ceremony.
Lake Stevens Fire recognized two of their members at a recent Recognition Ceremony in April. Captain Tom Withrow received his 20 Year Achievement Certificate and Oath of Commitment; and Captain Ryan Lowe received his Oath of Commitment.
Chief Lingenfelter commented, “The position of Captain is an important leadership role within our department. The Oath of Commitment pledges a commitment to both our department Mission and Values as well as pledging to motivate and direct one’s respective crew to do the same.”
Lake Stevens Fire members gathered to recognize the fire service milestones of their partners in fire service.
Chief Lingenfelter also commented, “It is a privilege to recognize the 20 year mark of an individual’s career. A 20 year career is a testament to the commitment of a department member to the community. It represents many hundreds of hours of training and on the job expertise, and is worthy of recognition.”
