Elizabeth Scott Secures Key Endorsements

June 26, 2012

The Elizabeth Scott campaign for State Representative, 39th Legislative District, position 2 (the seat vacated by Rep. Kirk Pearson now running for State Senate) is pleased to announce endorsements by Washington State Farm Bureau PAC, Gun Owners Action League PAC (GOAL/WAC), WA Veterinary Medical Association PAC, and the unanimous endorsement of the Snohomish County 39th Legislative District Republican Committee.

Added to early endorsements from Congressional Candidate John Koster, Senator Val Stevens, and Candidate for State Auditor James Watkins, these endorsements and solid fundraising, more than the other five candidates for this seat combined, indicate the momentum of the Scott campaign.

“I’m thankful for your support! I pledged I would visit as many of you as possible, to hear your vision for our beautiful district and state. So far, I’ve been to 3,000 homes around the district, and the message I’m hearing at the doorstep is crystal clear: we need jobs now so please work to lower the small business taxes and decrease regulation, government has become burdensome and oppressive, and our schoolchildren deserve a better education with more accountability as to where the money is going. I am eager to serve you and work with Dan Kristiansen and Kirk Pearson toward a more accountable government.”
