Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV)/Malicious Mischief, 06/17/12, 1800 block of 94th Dr. SE

A 51 year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV and Malicious Mischief. Officers responded when a 43 year-old female reported that the male was physical and destroying things in the home. After several commands to lie on the ground, the male was secured, transported, and booked into Marysville Jail.

Minor in Possession (MIP), 06/18/12

1900 block of Main St.

Officers found a 16 year-old male who was kicking and hitting an ATM machine. It was discovered that the male was intoxicated and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The male was transported home, and charges are being forwarded to the Juvenile Prosecutor.

Animal Control, 06/18/12, 9200 block of 15th St. SE

A 4 year-old male was bit on the face by a dog residing in the area. The child received substantial injuries and will need plastic surgery. It was reported that the dog had bit three other children in the past few months. The dog was impounded for quarantine at the Everett Animal Shelter. The case is currently under investigation.

Burglary/Theft, 06/19/12, 8700 block of 12th Pl. NE

A 37 year-old male reported that his residence had been broken into. Several items of value were taken, including a laptop and a safe. The suspects pried the front door open to gain entry. The case is currently under investigation.

Burglary/Theft, 06/19/12, 400 block of 85th Dr. SE

Officers responded when a 34 year-old male reported that his residence had been broken into. The home was entered and several items were taken including an IPod, X-Box, and digital camera. The suspects gained entry through the interior garage door. The case is currently under investigation.

Driving Under the Influence (DUI), 06/20/12, 9400 block of 4th St. NE

A 53 year-old male was arrested for DUI. Officers responded to a two vehicle collision where the male was driving and hit another vehicle. It was learned that the male was intoxicated, and he was processed for DUI. He was cited and released, and his vehicle was impounded.
