The police department responded to 713 incidents in the week of June 24, 2012 through June 30, 2012. The following is a brief summary of some of the more notable contacts:

Hit and Run Collision, 6/24/12, 10000 block of Lundeen Park Way

A 57-year-old male was arrested for Hit and Run. The male hit an occupied vehicle and fled the scene. The victim was able to provide a description of the driver and the vehicle. Officers were able to locate the suspect, and charges for Hit and Run were sent to Marysville Court.

Burglary/Theft, 06/25/12,

9600 block of 24th Pl. NE

Officers responded when a 53-year-old male reported that his residence had been burglarized while he was away. Suspect information for juveniles was provided, and officers were able to recover several of the stolen items. The case is currently under investigation.

Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV), 06/25/12,

9300 block of 15th St. NE

A 33-year-old male was arrested for Assault 4° DV. During an argument, the male assaulted and injured his 28- year-old girlfriend. Officers arrived on scene, and the male was transported and booked into Marysville Jail.

Suspicious Circumstance, 06/25/12, 8400 block of 15th Pl. SE

Officers responded when a male reported that a suspicious male in a vehicle attempted to lure his 7-year-old son into the car with candy. The 7-year-old was able to provide a description of the suspect and vehicle. The area was searched, but the suspect was not located. The case is currently under investigation.

Assault 3°, Malicious Mischief, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest, 06/26/12, 10000 block of 20th St. NE

A 45-year-old male was arrested for Assault 3°, Malicious Mischief, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct. The male suspect aggressively came at officers and was quickly taken into custody. While attempting to calm down on the side of the patrol car, the male smashed his head through the rear windshield of the patrol car, shattering it. AID responded to the scene, and while they were attempting to treat his injuries, the male assaulted an officer. He was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.

Driving While License Suspended 2° (DWLS 2°)/Court Order Violation, 06/28/12, 500 block of 99th Ave. SE

A 26-year-old male was arrested for DWLS 2° and a Court Order Violation. During a traffic stop, it was learned the male was driving on a suspended license. The male was asked to call someone with a valid license to pick up the car, but the female he called was the protected person in a court order against the male. The male was transported and booked in Marysville Jail.
