Level III sex offender living on Jordan Road, Arlington

August 31, 2012

Jesse Patrick Miller

On November 30, 2006 Jesse Patrick Miller was convicted of the crime of Possession of Depictions of a Minor Engaged in Sexually Explicit Conduct. He was given a term of 30 days in jail.

This is Miller’s only criminal conviction.

According to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office, during the investigation of his computer system over 200 images were located.

In July of 2012 the Arlington Police Department contacted Miller after a report of a suspicious male at a park taking pictures. Miller was very up front with the officers and told him that he desires 14-year-old males but stated that he had photographed other children.

He admitted to going to parks from Arlington to Anacortes. He was asked why he would photograph kids and he stated that it's better than contacting them.

Due to his actions law enforcement believes that he is now a high-risk offender. Miller has been served with a No Trespass letter against children and is excluded from all county parks.
