Theft/Vehicle Prowl, 09/24/12,
12200 block of North Lane
A female reported that her vehicle had been broken into and items stolen while she was out on the lake. A description of the items taken was given, and the case is currently under investigation.
Collision/Warrant Service, 09/25/12
9100 block of Vernon Road
Officers responded to a two vehicle collision. One of the drivers was found to have a warrant for her arrest and was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
700 block of SR 9 NE
An 18 year-old male was arrested for Burglary. Officers responded when a retail store called to report that a previously trespassed male had re-entered the store and shoplifted. The male was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
Malicious Mischief, 09/26/12,
700 block of 87th Ave. NE
An 18-year-old male was arrested for Malicious Mischief. Following an argument with his grandmother, the male smashed the windows of her car. Officers arrived on scene, and the male was transported and booked into Marysville Jail.
Arson 2°, 09/27/12,
8900 block of 15th Pl. NE
Following a large fire under the power lines, 14-year-old and 15-year-old juveniles were recognized as being in the area during the time of the fire. During interviews, both juveniles admitted to starting the fire. Charges will be forwarded to DYC.
400 block of 95th Dr. SE
Officers responded when a female called to report that a 21-year-old male who was at her house, ripped a gold necklace off of her neck, and fled the scene. An area check was performed, but the suspect was unable to be located. The next day the suspect was seen by the victim’s daughter. Containment was set up and K9 was called. The male was located, taken into custody and transported to Snohomish County Jail.
