Obstruction / False Statement,

11/11/12, 500 block of SR 9 NE

A 45-year-old male was arrested for Obstructing, False Statement to a Public Servant and Warrant Service. Officers were dispatched to a suspicious circumstance. The officers made contact with the male and were attempting to identify him. The male kept providing the wrong information making it difficult for the officer to identify him. Once the officer was able to identify the subject it was discovered he had a warrant for his arrest. The male was booked into Marysville Jail.


False Misleading Statement/Attempted Vehicle

prowl/Warrant Service, 11/13/12,

620 block of SR 9 NE

A 20-year-old male was arrested for Attempted Vehicle Prowl, False Statement to a Public Servant and Warrant Service. While officers were investigating a suspicious circumstance call, it was discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. He provided a false name and he had attempted to enter vehicles in the parking lot. The male was booked into Marysville Jail.


Possession of Heroin/Warrant Service,

11/15/12, Soper Hill/SR 9

A 22-year-old male was arrested for Possession of Heroin and Warrant Service. During a traffic stop, officers discovered the male had a warrant for his arrest. The male disclosed to the officer that he had heroin in his possession. The male was booked into Snohomish County Jail.


Domestic Violence Court Order Violation (DV),

11/15/12, 620 block of 89th Ave. SE

A 36-year-old male was arrested for a DV Court Order Violation. A 28-year-old female reported that the male had violated the active protection order by sending text messages and emails to her. A citation was sent to Marysville Court.


Disorderly Conduct /Possession Methamphetamines, 11/15/12, 9000 block of 13th Street NE

A 43-year-old female was arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Methamphetamines. Officers were dispatched to the residence for a disturbance. The female failed to disperse and keep attempting to entice other occupants of the residence into an altercation. The female was placed under arrest. A search of her person was conducted which revealed methamphetamine. The female was booked into Snohomish County Jail.
