Local schools collecting Jeans for Teens

January 22, 2013

It’s that time of the year again...the sixth annual DoSomething.org and Aeropostale’s Teens for Jeans Campaign. You can help youth homelessness by donating your gently used jeans to Li’l Hungry Hearts this year.

Li’l Hungry Hearts has partnered with Aeropostale’s Teens for Jeans campaign the last three years in its efforts to provide donated jeans to homeless youths in shelters all over the United States and Canada.

Li’l Hungry Hearts will make sure your donated jeans get to the Premium Outlet Mall’s Aeropostale store in Marysville. The number one item that is requested at many of these shelters is a pair of jeans.

You can help and make a difference by donating your clean, gently used jeans at the following designated drop off locations:

Lake Stevens Family Center, Mon. – Fris. 9 a.m.to 4 p.m. Located at 1803 - 123rd Drive NE, Lake Stevens.
