Burglary, 01/13/13, 1300 block of 71st Ave. SE
A 29-year-old male was contacted for Burglary. Officers were dispatched to a suspicious male dressed in dark clothing entering new construction homes. Officers made contact with the male. It was discovered he was entering the homes and stacking items outside that he was planning on returning for later. The case is currently under investigation.
Assault 4° Domestic Violence (DV), 01/15/13,
9900 block of 5th Pl. SE
A 21-year-old male was cited for Assault 4° DV. Officers were dispatched to a call where the reporting party stated her son was physical with her husband. Both males fled the scene prior to police arriving. The investigation revealed the 44-year-old father was the victim and aid was dispatched to treat him for injuries. Contact was never made with the 21-year-old suspect because he refused to return to the scene. Charges were sent to Marysville Court.
Malicious Mischief, 01/17/13, 800 block of 13th St. NE
A 44-year-old female reported a malicious mischief. She stated when she returned home her residence was “trashed”. She suspected her ex-boyfriend and asked that officers take an informational report. The scene was cleared.
Possession of Marijuana/Warrant Service, 01/17/13, 3100 block of Catherine Drive
A 19-year-old male was arrested for Possession of Marijuana and Warrant Service. Officers were dispatched to a call where the reporting party stated a male had warrants. Officers confirmed the warrants and made contact with the male at the residence. The male was placed under arrest and a search of his person revealed he was in possession of marijuana. The male was booked into Marysville Jail.
Assault 3°/Warrant Service, 01/18/12,
1700 block of Main Street
A 46-year-old female was arrested for Assault 3°. The female was being place under arrest for a warrant. She began to resisting and bit the officer’s leg. She was booked into the Snohomish County Jail.
8400 block of 5th Place SE
Charges were referred for a 16-year-old male who was under the influence. The male was contacted after he was knocking on a residential door. The occupants of the residence did not know the male. The male was found to be intoxicated and showed signs of also being under the influence of a drug. The male was cited and released to his grandmother. The case was forwarded to the Denney Youth Center for charging.
