The residents and staff at Ashley Pointe celebrated Earth Day by planting a blue spruce on the front lawn of the community. They were assisted by Revival Property and Construction Services.

“We plan to light our tree every year during the winter holidays to celebrate the lives of all our residents here at Ashley Pointe,” said Executive Director, Susan Jones.

The blue spruce is from the family of trees which claims the oldest living tree on earth —9,550 years old! An average spruce has a life span of 600-800 years.
