The suspect, who is described as a white male in his 40s, 5 feet 6 inches tall with a large nose and medium build, entered the bank wearing only sunglasses in what seems to be an effort to hide his face.
The suspect demanded cash from a teller and fled the scene with an undisclosed amount of money.
“Fortunately no one was injured during the course of this crime,” a Lake Stevens Police representative said.
The man was wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt, blue jeans and brown shoes as he headed towards Taco Time in Frontier Village.
“A police K-9 was called to the scene but was unsuccessful in locating the suspect,” LSPD said.
