L.S. High School Baseball wins WESCO championship

The Lake Stevens High School baseball team won it’s second consecutive WESCO 4A District Championship on Thursday night with a 7-6 win over Jackson High School in a game played at Everett Memorial Stadium. Earlier in the week the Vikings defeated Kamiak High School 6-5 and Edmonds-Woodway 3-1 to advance to the championship game. The team now advances to the first round of the state tournament on Saturday, May 18 at Everett Memorial Stadium at 1 p.m.
